January: Clarifying Intentions

“Begin with the end in mind.” – Stephen R. Covey

February: Self-Care & Health Planning

Take inventory of the things in your life that give you energy vs. drain your energy. Then begin to prioritise the things that fill up your cup, and let go of the things that feel heavy.

Ways to boost your energy levels:

– Eat more fresh foods, like fruits and veggies.
– Get out in nature.
– Limit screen time.
– Get 8 hours of sleep.
– Breathe slower and deeper.
– Be grateful.

Emotions aren’t always logical. Sometimes you may FEEL a certain way, but you’re not sure WHY, and that’s okay. Allow yourself to feel those feelings anyway, without judgment.
